Arian Shafiee is a guitarist/composer originally from San Francisco and based in New York City since 2015. As a founding member of the art rock band Guerilla Toss, he has toured extensively across the US and Europe, with releases on labels such as Sub Pop, DFA, and Tzadik. His solo work spans a wide range of genres, from stripped-down instrumental guitar pieces to intricate electronic compositions. His music has received praise from NPR, Pitchfork, and Rolling Stone and has been featured on HBO and Apple TV shows.
